The planet finally belongs to the apes in the latest entry in the storied Planet of the Apes franchise. When a rival tribe attacks, kidnapping his village, a young chimpanzee must leave home for the first time. Adventure and terror await. It may not be the best film in this universe, but it’s more than worthy of a trip to your local theater. These mo-cap apes are downright stunning.
