Leslie Mann is Just a Little Woman With Big Plastic Boob Things

Any woman with Leslie Mann's ease of laughter and approachably delicate beauty has a hard time making it out of a bar or cocktail party without suffering through the jest of some unfunny funnyman with a few too many G&T's under his belt. Fortunately for this actress, the funnymen she usually finds herself around are actually funny. Mann, after all, has played the straight woman to Jim Carrey in The Cable Guy and to Brendan Fraser in George of the Jungle. She kept her composure the whole time, too. "I've always surrounded myself with funny people," she explains, "so I'm used to it."

Good thing, because now Mann finds herself the foil for Adam Sandler in Big Daddy, this year's summer hit for the Gen X Jerry Lewis. Mann plays a Hooters girl turned foot doctor. It's a job, she says, that has its perks: "They made me wear these big plastic boob things that you just shove in your bra. I could take them out and throw them around with people between scenes. It was fun having them. They made me more flirtatious, kind of...vavoomy. Oh, and men were definitely nicer to me."
